Nutritional Therapy is
Your personal assessment will be unique to YOU and your needs; it will focus on healing YOU from the inside out, not a spot fire approach.
That said, if you’ve done your research and want to be guided on a specific nutritional plan, I also specialise in low carbohydrate, ketogenic and carnivore lifestyles.
Nutritional Therapy works because we constantly ask WHY? There is always a root cause to a problem, some may be deeper than others and take longer to identify but usually once found, your health should start to improve. You will have to be open-minded to work with me, ready to take on this journey and give change a chance. Nutrition is but one factor; lifestyle is also key so be aware that changes that need to occur may not just be dietary.
Although your health journey will be personalised to your needs, you may have similar health goals to others. Many people I work with (mostly women), are having issues in similar areas and want to:
*have clearer skin, stronger hair and nails
*feel energetic and motivated all day long
*have a clear, focused mind
*improve or heal allergies and sensitivities
*improve or heal digestive disorders such as ibs, ibd, bloating/gas, pain, constipation, diarrhea
*suffer less each month from hormonal issues (be less moody, have a lighter flow, have less pain etc)
*be less stressed
*have a better sex drive

In this initial interview, we’ll cover all things you and your health in this 90 minute session.
- Your concerns and goals
- Evaluation of your current health, diet and lifestyle (yep, it gets real)
- Recommendations going forward
Prior to this meeting, you will be asked to complete some paperwork online that will help me to play detective, learn more about you, ask the right questions and make the right recommendations. This paperwork is non-negotiable.
Cost: $180 AUD ($125 USD)
Maintain your glow
Sometimes one meeting is not enough, you need a follow up to keep you accountable and on track.
This session will take place only after an initial interview. This will include:
- Assessment of your progress so far
- Addition of any necessary tweaks to your program.
- Further recommendations
(60 min consults)

For the most comprehensive support (after the initial interview), you can choose one of the following two packages:
Package 1: 3 consults (approx. 6-8 weeks)
Cost: $240 AUD ($165 USD) (save $5 per visit)
Package 2: 6 consults (approx. 12-14 weeks)
Cost $450 AUD ($300 USD) (save $10 per visit)
During these 60 min follow ups, I will be constantly fine tuning your nutrition plan as you adapt to the change in routine and diet. New assessments will determine if your health is improving over this time.
