I love fasting! I think it is a super valuable tool that we can very easily use to improve our health…

But sometimes we forget to incorporate it, sometimes we’re enjoying eating too much and sometimes we just need someone to fast with us.

Which is why I believe in the power of group fasting.

So, on a regular basis, I run free fasts. I secretly just want some people by my side while I fast, so I don’t have to do it alone but if it gets you (and me) one step closer to your (and my) health goals, then I am going to take full advantage of that!
